Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to run a club demo request and a member-alert program: name, phone, work email, club name, and club size (membership count). Sign-in uses Google or X through our auth provider, or email and password on our database.

What we do not do

We do not sell member lists. We do not buy airline tickets on your behalf. Fare clicks go to Google Flights. We may record which fare was opened so clubs can see interest — not to book for you.

CASL

Demo and program emails are commercial electronic messages. We send them only with consent. You can unsubscribe on every message. Service messages about an existing club program may still go out as needed to run the feed.

Processors

Hosting, database, and email. Data is stored in Canada or a comparable jurisdiction used by those processors.
