We process personal information to run a B2B fare-alert service for travel clubs and to operate this website. We follow PIPEDA and, where we email people in Canada or the US, CASL and CAN-SPAM rules on commercial email.
What we collect
Website visitors: approximate location from IP (country, region, city) to pick a hub. We do not store that lookup as a profile. Club accounts: name, email, authentication data. Club lists: traveller email, optional name and home airport, unsubscribe status, and the club’s certification that those people consented. HubSpot forms on this site go to our HubSpot portal for sales leads.
Club lists
Traveller emails belong to the club. We process them only to send that club’s fare notices and to honour unsubscribe. We do not sell lists. We do not use club lists for our own marketing.
Each notice identifies the club, includes a postal address supplied by the club, and a one-click unsubscribe. We keep a record of sends and unsubscribes.
Processors
Hosting, database, authentication, and (when enabled) email delivery providers process data on our instructions. Payment processors will handle club billing when Stripe is connected.
Retention and rights
We keep account and billing records as required. A club may export or delete its list by asking us or using the portal. Individuals can unsubscribe or contact the club that uploaded their email. PIPEDA access/correction requests: use the homepage form.
