Terms of service

These terms govern use of Flight Alerts Canada (the “Service”), operated from Ontario, Canada. The public site is a demonstration. Paid use is a B2B service for travel clubs (“Clubs”). If you use the Club portal, the Club agreement also applies.

Fares

Fares are informational. They are not tickets, inventory holds, or a booking. Prices move quickly. Booking is with the airline or the linked search. We do not sell seats.

Accounts

Club accounts are for businesses. You must provide accurate information and keep your password and list secure. You may not scrape the Service or resell access except as a member benefit of your own club.

Acceptable use

No spam, no uploading emails without consent, no attempting to break the Service. We may suspend accounts that create legal or operational risk.

Fees

Club fees are quoted and billed in US dollars. Until Stripe is connected, invoices may be issued manually. Fees are based on unique subscribed travellers on your list.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” Airfare data can be wrong, late, or unavailable. We are not liable for missed fares, failed bookings, or airline changes. Liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior three months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
