Club agreement

This is the agreement between Flight Alerts Canada (“we”) and the travel club or company that opens a Club portal (“you”). Creating a club account or uploading a list accepts these terms, the Terms of service, and the Privacy policy.

What we provide

A white-label fare notice service: we email your travellers when a fare drops, using your name, logo, and footer. We do not sell tickets or take booking commissions unless we agree in writing later.

Your list and consent

You are the sender of the emails. You represent that every address you upload has consented to receive fare emails from you (CASL express or valid implied consent, and CAN-SPAM where the US applies). You will keep proof of that consent. You will not upload purchased or scraped lists. You will honour unsubscribes immediately — we suppress them technically; you must not re-add them without new consent.

Data processing

For PIPEDA, you are the organization that collected the emails; we are a service provider processing them on your instructions to send notices and manage unsubscribes. We will not use the list for our own marketing or disclose it except to subprocessors needed to send mail, or if the law requires. We will delete or return the list on written request after the program ends, except records we must keep (unsubscribes, billing).

Branding

You grant us a licence to use your name, logo, and footer in those emails. You confirm you own them and that the footer/T&Cs you supply are accurate.

Fees

Fees are quoted separately and invoiced in USD. The club portal shows your traveller count for billing. Stripe will collect payment when connected; until then we may invoice.

Term

Month to month until either party ends it with 14 days’ notice. We may suspend for non-payment, spam risk, or legal risk.

Liability

Fare data can fail. We are not responsible for member bookings. Each party indemnifies the other for its own consent or branding mistakes. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
